Check-in
Your apartment will be ready for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us of your expected arrival time in advance, as the reception is not staffed all day. If you arrive in the evening or later, you can also use the convenient self check-in option. In this case, we will send you all the important information beforehand. If you arrive earlier, you may of course leave your luggage at the reception in the meantime. Our café is open from Monday to Saturday until 8:00 p.m. Our staff is always available to assist you with any questions. If you have any specific requests regarding sleeping arrangements, please let us know in advance.

Check out
The reception is staffed from 8:00 a.m. on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 a.m.

Arrival
Our aparthotel is located in the traffic-calmed old town of Merano. If you are arriving by car, you can conveniently park in the parking garage of the Algunder Kellerei (Galileistr. 35). The parking garage is covered and video-monitored. You can conveniently park your car in a covered, video-monitored parking garage. Please take a ticket when entering. Afterwards, you can “convert” the ticket into a reduced ticket at the parking meter. Please press the “special rate” button (18€ / 24h) and only then insert the ticket. At the parking meter, you can then select the duration of your stay. You will then receive a “new” ticket. With the discounted ticket, you can leave and re-enter the parking garage as often as you like, and a parking space will be reserved for you. Upon request, we can purchase your parking ticket in advance. When entering the car park, please take a ticket at the entrance. You will then receive the prepaid parking ticket at the accommodation. The parking garage is only a 2-minute walk away.

Loading and unloading in front of the entrance is possible from 7:00 to 10:00 and from 18:30 to 19:30. You can reach us via the “via delle corse”.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Cleaning
Your apartment will be cleaned daily, towels and bed linen will be changed every 3-4 days. If necessary, more often.

Final cleaning
The costs for the final cleaning are already included in the nightly rate – so you can enjoy your holiday completely relaxed.

Pets
Your four-legged family member is welcome in our hotel. We charge a daily fee of € 20,00 for your dog (without food) . Please understand that the item must be replaced in the event of damage.

Internet connection
Free Wi-Fi is available for you in the entire building.

Café
The bar is open from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The à la carte menu is available all day. There are numerous vegan and gluten-free options. As our guest, you receive a 10% discount on your breakfast.

Bicycle room
For our guests, we provide a locked bicycle room with a power outlet for charging e-bikes.

Living comfort
Our apartments are equipped with a state-of-the-art climate control system, including both underfloor heating and cooling, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate throughout the year.

Elevator
The elevator is available for our guests from the ground floor to the second floor.

Parking possibilities
The nearest car parks are the following: Algunder Kellerei, Plaza, and Terme Merano/Therme Meran.

Smokers
Our apartments are non-smoking areas. We therefore ask you to smoke only outdoors.

Alto Adige Guest Pass
As our guest, you receive the Südtirol Guest Pass and can use all public buses and trains throughout South Tyrol without limits during your stay.

Partner of Terme Merano
As our guest, you have the opportunity to book your entries directly on site and receive a 10% discount.

Massage Service
Upon request, we are happy to arrange a relaxing in-house massage service. Bookings are made independently with experienced external therapists.

Deposit

We will only consider your booking binding once we have received a credit card as a guarantee in our system. We reserve the right to debit a down payment or to ask you to transfer the down payment (30% of the total amount) to one of our accounts.

Rates
The rates are per person and night in the selected apartment. The obligatory final cleaning is already included in the accommodation rate.

Local tax
In addition to the nightly rate, a local tax of 2,80 euros per person and night will be charged. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Payment of the bill
You can pay the bill for your stay in advance by bank transfer or on the spot in cash by ATM card, VISA, AMEX or Mastercard.

Travel cancellation insurance
Depending on which period you reserved and how the booking was made, it is possible that booking cancellations might involve certain costs. It is therefore advisable to take out an affordable insurance policy against cancellations especially in cases where there are children or elderly people, as a precaution against unforeseen events or illnesses.

Cancellation
„The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal“ (Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code))

Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. In case of cancellation at short notice, as well as belayed arrival or premature departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Cancellations are only valid if sent in written form.
