Cancellation
„The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal“ (Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code))
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. In case of cancellation at short notice, as well as belayed arrival or premature departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellations are only valid if sent in written form.
Arrival & departure
We would appreciate if you could kindly provide us with your estimated time of arrival. Check-in is between 3pm and 8pm and your room will be ready for you from 3pm onwards. We ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 am on your day of departure.
Our aparthotel is located in the traffic-calmed old town of Merano. If you arrive by car, you can conveniently park it in the Algunder winery (Galileistr. 35). After arrival, guests can take a normal ticket and then “convert” this ticket into a reduced ticket at the parking machine. It is important to select first the "special rate" (18€ / 24h) and then you have to insert the ticket. You can hereby select the length of stay at the parking machine and then you will receive a "new" ticket. It would be important to acquire it within the first 12 hours.. With the conventional ticket, you can leave the car park as often as possible and any parking space will be reserved for you. The parking garage is under video surveillance, covered, and 2 minutes by feet away.
We can also purchase your ticket in advance, but it would be of great help if would let us know ahead of time, as the office is only open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays.
Cleaning
Your apartment will be cleaned daily, towels and bed linen will be changed every 3-4 days. If necessary, often.
Deposit
We will only consider your booking as binding once we have received your deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay on one of our two accounts.

Final cleaning
The costs for the final cleaning are already included in the nightly rate – so you can enjoy your holiday completely relaxed.
Internet connection
Free Wi-Fi is available for you in the entire building.
Local tax
In addition to the nightly rate, a local tax of 2,80 euros per person and night will be charged. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
Parking possibilities
The nearest car parks are the following: Algunder Kellerei, Plaza, and Terme Merano/Therme Meran.
Payment of the bill
You can pay the bill for your stay in advance by bank transfer or on the spot in cash (for EU citizens, a maximum amount of 2,999.00 euros is allowed), by ATM card, VISA, AMEX or Mastercard.
Pets
Your four-legged family member is welcome in our hotel. We charge a daily fee of € 20,00 for your dog (without food) . Please understand that the item must be replaced in the event of damage.
Rates
The rates are per person and night in the selected apartment. The obligatory final cleaning is already included in the accommodation rate.

Smokers
Our apartments are non-smoking areas. We therefore ask you to smoke only outdoors.
Travel cancellation insurance
Depending on which period you reserved and how the booking was made, it is possible that booking cancellations might involve certain costs. It is therefore advisable to take out an affordable insurance policy against cancellations especially in cases where there are children or elderly people, as a precaution against unforeseen events or illnesses.
